A Love Letter to Hoboken

Hoboken is where I lived for 8 years. It’s where my wife and I first started dating. It’s the place that welcomed me, embraced my family, and gave this bagel kid a shot to dream big. This city didn’t just support O’Bagel, it helped build the platform for everything that came next.


This café? It’s not a business move. It’s personal.

Mile Square Café is me stepping fully into who I am, not just a bagel guy, but a chef, an artist, and a leader. It’s my way of giving back to the city that’s given me so much. Of creating food that reflects where I come from and where I’m headed.


This is for Hoboken. For the regulars who’ve been with us since day one. For the families, the creatives, and the community builders. For everyone who makes this place what it is.


I want to feed, SERVE, and make you proud. There’s something special happening in Hoboken right now, a real culinary movement, and I’m honored to be a part of it.
